I am assuming that this has to do with Temp memory size??
The compressed .TGZ is 433k, uncompressed size 534k...not that big. What is error code 200? maybe the unzip program on my AT&T Tilt can not handle a .tgz file?
Any ideas ??

After more research I have found that the .tgz file is getting corrupted during the Active Sync transfer process. I took the Micro SD card out of my HDC 6529 Tilt and copied the .tgz file directly onto the card and put it back into my device and all works fine. Will study more???

Could you give me a bit more info:
- what kind of device you have
- how much program/storage memory is free prior to starting MyMotion
- whether you are installed to main memory or SD card
- exact error message (if any)
- where the .tgz file came from (via MakeMyMap?)
- does it work when you copy the tgz file directly to the SD card (as per your original post)
