I've been running with mymotion in my htc Touch (using it as an MP3 also). This file has been saved from the program in .kmz format and copied to the PC with the windows explorer.
Open the file with Google Earth. Select a lower speed (I forgot to change the car profile to the run profile).
By the way, why is my map some meters to the right? Is a GPS problem? should I fix manually the coordinates?
Is there any way to set the .kmz format as the default save format?

I run listening to music and MyMotion too.
There is sometimes a little bit of error in the GPS signal it is normal. This happens mostly when you have a poor signal, maybe heavy cloud or running near power lines. I wouldn't bother trying to fix the coordinates.
I didn't set .kmz as the default as it doesn't contain all the recorded data, just a subset. I could set it as the default though. I'll add that idea to the list.
NOTE: I've been in touch with the guys at http://runometer.com apparently people are trying to load mymotion .kmz files up to their site. Cool idea, it doesn't work yet but you can expect to see interesting developments here I think.
